What it does and why it's useful
A 2 MP turret camera with a Full HD (1080p) picture, giving clear, smooth video for general monitoring. It has a balanced view for hallways, shop floors, driveways and backyards, and a compact housing that looks neat in homes, offices and small shops.
Its eyeball-style design is easy to aim and avoids the night-time glare that can affect domes, making it a popular all-round choice. Built-in infrared lets it see in complete darkness up to 30 m away, and wide dynamic range (120 dB) keeps faces visible against bright windows and headlights.
