Overview

Parking Management

Circling a full garage costs time and patience. Camera-based parking management watches every bay, shows live availability on screens and dashboards, and flags vehicles in the wrong spot.

Because it runs on the same cameras and video software as your security system, there are no in-ground sensors to install or maintain.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we need sensors in every bay?

No. Cameras watch groups of bays, so one camera can cover several spaces. That avoids digging, batteries and sensor maintenance.

Can it work for an outdoor lot?

Yes. We plan camera height and placement for the lot, and add lighting where needed for night-time accuracy.

Can condo residents use it?

Yes. Resident plates can be linked to their assigned bays, and visitor parking can be time-limited with alerts for overstays.
